Shorts on Walls is back for another evening of
fantastic animated shorts handcrafted in the Midlands on Thursday 13th
October 2011, at Light House, Wolverhampton.
Shorts on Walls gives local animators the chance to screen their latest animated
efforts to their peers and meet likeminded animators in a relaxed, bar
atmosphere.
This time around, there will even be ‘ad breaks’ between some shorts, as
we’ve invited commercial animation studios from around the Midlands to supply
their best complete animated commercial work (i.e. adverts, VFX work, stings,
TV titles, virals, etc), to complement the usual selection of animated short
films.
Screenings will take place in the Light House courtyard and
entry is free. There will also be ample opportunity to buy tickets for Flip
Animation Festival 2011, which takes place two weeks later at the same venue.
